We’re so thankful that we were connected to Sarah for her to be our realtor! We were not currently in the area when trying to purchase and we were first time buyers, therefore we needed quite a bit of help! She was willing to make a ton happen in the very short time we were able to visit Charleston to look for a home. Sarah was incredibly helpful - detailed, organized, knowledgeable and great at communicating. She went above and beyond getting us connected to various contractors, experts on certain subjects, lenders, etc. She reached out to various companies to receive quotes for us, Megan and her both went above and beyond working to help us stay within our budget. She advised us very well, but she never pushed us outside of our comfort zone. I would highly recommend Sarah to anyone as they’re looking for a new home in the Charleston area! We truly couldn’t have done it without her and wouldn’t be in the wonderful home we’re in without her expertise!
