We had the pleasure of working with Diane Campshure Walczyk and Team Campshure Walczyk at Resource One Realty when selling our longtime home in Bellevue.Selling a unique home that we had owned for 25 years was not an easy process, especially with a longer-than-expected time on the market. Diane and her team remained committed, responsive and professional throughout the entire process. They worked hard to market the property, provided thoughtful guidance along the way, and never stopped looking for ways to generate interest.Whitney also brought a creative approach to the marketing, including some very memorable video content that helped showcase the personality and character of our home.We ultimately reached the closing table, and we are grateful to Diane, Whitney and the entire Team Campshure Walczyk for their persistence, communication and professionalism. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and dedicated real estate team.
