As a real estate broker with Baird and Warner I support all renters, buyers, and sellers across Chicago, focusing on the near north neighborhoods. Lincoln Park, Lakeview, and Bucktown are my specialties, highlighting the diverse properties and sharing my local network is what drives me. I understand the pains of moving to Chicago, I moved to the city from South Carolina with little knowledge of the neighborhoods. As stressful as that experience was, it allowed me to want to help others in similar scenarios and ultimately changed my career path. Previously, I marketed software and alcohol - but that is a story for a different day. One of life’s biggest decisions is moving and having to buy or sell a home; understandably, emotions often run high during this process. You need a proactive partner on your side, continuously communicating and taking care of the details to ensure your goals are met from your first home purchase to your fifth home sale. My core responsibility is to provide market knowledge to guide you through the real estate process as smoothly as possible. My in-depth market knowledge, digital marketing expertise, tenacity and high level of professionalism ensures each step of the process is seamless.
