Sandy was great... we found her after being dissatisfied with another realtor. Wow! What a difference! No, not all realtors are the same. She was professional, thorough, and well-organized. From our property search, to the first day of viewing properties, when she arrived with a tabulated file of each property and an efficient schedule of viewings, all the way through arranging our termite inspection and answering questions about closing costs (in a manner much clearer than our mortgage company could manage), she was fantastic. She answered every question, stayed in contact, negotiated a price well below the property value, and remained patient with us all the way through closing. She would be especially helpful for first time home buyers (we weren't, but it had been awhile). We conducted a quick search after moving from out of state, and everything went quite smoothly.
