She completely earned our trust by keeping us in the loop regarding all factors of the process. She impressed us by having thoroughly inspected all faults in the home before we arrived for our final walk through, and ensured both we and our landlord were made aware. She also ensured these were translated on our contract to make sure we were protected from any damage that had already been done to the house. She is confident in her delivery and was a tremendous support for us from start to finish.
