I am married with two sons Langston and Malcolm. I am a native of the Central Florida area and I am excited about the continual transformation of this region from agricultural into a diversified economy. Both of my sons attended Public Schools in the Orlando area and played sports throughout High School, so we were very busy parents. My wife is a Managing Engineer with Lockheed Martin. We met while attending the University of Central Florida. I am also a Military Veteran having served in the Navy four years. I have always been a sports enthusiast. Currently during my spare time I officiate high school basketball, as a member of the Central Florida Officials Association (CFOA). I earned a Masters Degree in Public Administration, my Bachelors Degree is in Marketing. I have worked in local government as a manager and was responsible for several different departments. Therefore, I understand the importance of coordinating teams and working as a productive team member which is required when coordinating the process of purchasing or selling your home. My real estate experience includes previously owning a Mortgage company, so I understand the importance of attention to detail, time management, and coordination of different players to insure your purchase or sale stays on course from inception to completion. Additionally, I have experience as an investor, and landlord, which gives me an understanding of negotiating to insure my customers receive the best possible services and Return On Investment (ROI). My objective as a Realtor is to never stop learning, so I can provide my customers the best possible services. As part of my continuing education I have acquired my Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource (SFR) certification from the National Association of Realtors. My most recent educational accomplishments include attaining a Broker Associate License, Real Estate Instructor's License, Leading Real Estate Relocation Certification, and Leading Real Estate Luxury Portfolio Certification.
