It was a great pleasure working with Sam Staskal! She was so accommodating and willing to look at houses that interested me. She remembered the things that I was particularly looking for in a house and would make recommendations if she thought they were possible. Sam notified me immediately of any homes that came on the market so we could act quickly to determine the plausibility of a purchase. While I'm quite settled into a nice home now, if I decide to sell and need another home, I shall certainly look to Sam for her gracious help!!!
