We have used Sally Graves for 3x recent transactions including a home purchase, home sale, and a vacant lot purchase. Sally was invaluable over the last two months. This was my first home sale, so all three real estate transactions in the space of two months was overwhelming at times, but Sally was extremely helpful through the whole process. She consistently initiated and took care of small details between inspections, repairs, and conversations between third parties like lenders and our lawyers. You would be doing yourself a disservice to not use Sally Graves
