My name is Saint Cacchiotti (CASH-YACHT-TEE). Yes, Saint, a name given to me as a child by my baby sister who had a hard time saying Cynthia. While not divine, I do consider myself blessed to have spent more than 27 years helping clients and friends find their dream homes, luxury condominiums and investment properties in our southwest Florida paradise. My in-depth knowledge comes from a lifetime of love for the area; I grew up here, and have spent 27+ years becoming the "go-to" expert for upscale estates, condos, vacation and second homes, lots and investment properties in the greater Sarasota and Bradenton areas. Using cutting-edge technology and dynamic negotiation skills, I am persistent when it comes to getting the best value for my customers and repeat clients, and work hard to make every home purchase or sale smooth and easy for them. Paramount to the process, I listen carefully to clients to assess needs and wants. It's all about relationships, and I feel a connection with each customer building a lasting friendship. Celebrate family - Continuing the tradition as an integral part of the team is my daughter, Dawn Fulton, whose grandfather, Clark Fulton, owned and operated Fulton Real Estate in downtown Sarasota, which extends our family's real estate connection in Sarasota and Bradenton to more than 60 years, upholding a longstanding tradition of excellence.
