We started looking for houses in February. It’s been a long journey but we find ourselves extremely lucky and grateful to work with such a wonderful realtor, Ruth Storrie. She has been extremely helpful, knowledgable and patient with us! At times, I was becoming hopeless and have felt bad about having to keep looking for places but Ruth didn’t let me as she is a wonderful person with lots of positive energy! Overall, the process went very smooth and all as already planned months ahead! She accompanied us during the whole process and even on our closing day to make sure everything goes right. I could not have asked for a better person as my realtor and I highly recommend Ruth and Phyllis Browning to everyone out there (first home buyers who are confused like me) and anyone looking for an amazing smooth process to own a house!
