I’ve know Ruth for years so why it came time to buy a new home, Ruth was the ONLY Realtor I called. Ruth was able to show us a house we were interested in the first day it came on the market. She submitted our offer the very next day and recommended we include a personal letter to the seller, since houses are selling fast. Thanks to Ruth, the seller accepted our offer! Unfortunately the lender I chose dropped the ball just days before our scheduled closing date, but Ruth was able to convince the seller to extend the closing date since I’d found a better lender who could get the deal done. Without Ruth’s help and experience we would not be sitting in our new home right now. Ruth is the best!
