Working with Rochelle was hands-down the best decision we made during our home-buying process. From day one, she went above and beyond—always responsive, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us succeed. What really set Rochelle apart was her willingness to explain every step clearly, proactively solve problems before they became issues, and stay on top of deadlines with precision. No question was ever too small, and no detail was overlooked. Even when challenges came up, she handled everything with calm professionalism and relentless dedication. Thanks to Rochelle, what could have been a stressful process felt smooth, organized, and even enjoyable. We felt supported, informed, and confident the entire way through. If you’re looking for a mortgage lender who truly cares, works tirelessly on your behalf, and delivers outstanding results, I cannot recommend Rochelle enough.
