Robin is a wonderful Broker and Person. Her excellence is unmatched by any other Real Estate Agent I have worked with ( I have purchased more than 10 properties). With only a few phone conversations she chose several properties to visit. When I came from Massachusetts to look at the properties she listened and learned about me with every home we visited. We did visit some properties that I thought were not what I wanted, but it gave me a new perspective on where I might choose to live. She helped me realize what I wanted and what I needed. The final property was the one. Robin found the perfect community for me. The activities and amenities were amazing. The community is beautiful. She accomplished it all in 6 days and UNDER BUDGET! I would highly recommend Robin to anyone moving to the Wilmington, NC area.
