Proven Closer. Residential & Commercial Real Estate | Western North Carolina With roots that stretch more than 150 years into the mountains of Western North Carolina, I bring more than just market knowledge-I bring legacy, experience, and an unwavering commitment to the people I serve. Born in Asheville and raised on a horse farm, I now reside in the Reems Creek Valley of Weaverville, close to land that was in my family for generations. This region isn't just my home-it's part of who I am. I understand its value, its people, and what makes these mountains so magnetic. Before becoming a full-time REALTOR®, I spent 38+ years in executive-level commercial print sales, representing a nationally recognized firm with a specialty in marketing and print for luxury real estate. That experience honed my ability to manage high-stakes deals, understand the nuances of branding and presentation, and deliver results under pressure-skills that now serve my clients every day in both residential and commercial real estate. As a U.S. Navy veteran and seasoned global traveler, I understand how to navigate change and deliver under pressure. My wife Marie and I have two wonderful daughters and four grandchildren. Family is my foundation, and it fuels my drive to help others find their own version of home-or build their next investment opportunity. My clients describe me as responsive, resourceful, and relentlessly dedicated. From negotiating top-dollar sales and coordinating complex inspections to managing multi-offer scenarios and guiding out-of-town buyers with clarity and care, I'm known for going far beyond the expected. I don't just list and sell-I listen, solve, protect, and deliver. Whether you're listing a commercial asset, navigating a luxury home purchase, or managing the sale of family land, I provide straight answers, clear timelines, and creative solutions that move deals forward and protect your best interests. With extensive experience in both residential and commercial real estate, I've helped first-time homebuyers feel empowered, remote investors buy with confidence, and sellers net top dollar in competitive markets. I bring the same energy to marketing your property as I do to navigating a closing: sharp strategy, clear messaging, and a commitment to doing it right the first time. From polished listing materials to cutting-edge technology, I make sure your property stands out and attracts serious attention in any market. Outside of work, you'll likely find me in the kitchen, tending to my garden, exploring waterfall trails, playing golf with my grandson, or enjoying the live music and local culture that make this region so special. I believe in living fully-and helping my clients do the same. If you're looking for a seasoned real estate partner who will guide you with integrity, advocate fiercely on your behalf, and treat your goals like his own-residential or commercial-I'm here and ready to help. I'm living the dream in these mountains. Let me help you find yours.
