Bob Poling was not only our agent but he became a trusted friend. He was endlessly patient with all our questions and explained everything so that it was easily understood. We first met him four years prior to our planned move to Pennsylvania coinciding with our retirement. He kept in touch during those intervening years right up to the day we closed on our dream house. He is an excellent realtor and is exceptionally knowledgeable in his field.
