Robert Obst is just a great guy. He alerted me to new listings in a tight area and was always available to show me listings, including after the sale and before the closing on my new place (the house was vacant). He met me several times so I could begin planning some contract work. Very knowledgeable, polite, punctual, willing to research stuff, very helpful about this area that is new to me. We had an easy but professional relationship, helped by the fact I am a former L&F Realtor, so I understand the process. I highly recommend him.
