We could not have been more pleased with the help we received from our agent Rita W of the Litchfield Companies. We needed to prepare our house for sale while residing out-of-state and had to coordinate through the many challenges of our father passing away during the process. Rita did a fabulous job steering us through this process in a marketplace with rapidly rising interest rates. She went above-and-beyond in so many big and little ways. I cannot recommend Rita and her team more strongly to anyone looking to sell in the Pawleys Island/Litchfield, SC area. -Dennis M
