Striving to deliver the best in client service, Rita has enjoyed many successes over her 20 plus year career and continues to take the extensive marketing, staging and social media training courses and seminars in and out of state. This training keeps her and the Agents at McIntosh and Assoc. abreast of the latest trends and techniques in the industry. She holds the Certified Residential Specialist designation, CRS is only held by about 3% of all Realtors nationwide. She is also an Accredited Buyer's Agent, ABR, and Seller's Representative Specialist, SRS. Rita served on the Jackson Assoc. of Realtor's Board for 8 years and was the President of the Jackson Assoc. of REALTORS in 2007. She has also served on the local Realtor MLS Board for 5 years and held several officer positions and leadership roles as well as elected President of MLS in 2014. Today, with over 1000 personally closed sales transactions, Rita is in the top 1% in agent closed sales volume for the last ten years in the Jackson Association of Realtors. McIntosh & Assoc. has remained in the top 10 area firms, including franchises, for the last 10 years. The firm is ranked 4th in closed sales volume for the last 10years.
