Rick and Joan were a great team! They helped me to negotiate a very stressful time. They kept my spirits up and provided great update reports. The final negotiations were handled by Rick in an advantageous manner. Joan was over-the-top helpful and positive in every situation. We would definitely recommend them to any of our acquaintances.
