An Asheville native and past business owner, Richard has over 20 years of experience as a licensed real estate agent. His clients consider him their "trusted real estate advisor for life". His extensive knowledge is a result of handling hundreds of transactions, from first-time buyers, to seasoned and second-home buyers, and sellers in all price ranges. He embraces all the latest in technology and is always in tune with our ever-changing market and values. He treats everyone with kindness and respect, and is very much a people person. Being extremely organized, he pays close attention to all the details from the initial contact through to closing and beyond. He is very much a family man, and has spent a lifetime enjoying all Asheville and Western North Carolina have to offer including hiking, camping, exploring year-round, and as being an avid community volunteer...All the things that are important to you, are important to him. Winning in our market requires a realtor that is 100% committed to you and will work tirelessly on your behalf regardless of the time of day or day of the week it is. When assisting buyers, I know how important it is for you to know the true market value of any listing so you don't overpay, together with its condition, and I promise we're not going to miss out on anything that's available now or even "coming soon". If you're a seller, our in-house marketing team and I will give your listing the absolute maximum exposure, both regionally and nationwide. I treat everyone with kindness and respect, and am dedicated to staying current as evidenced through my multiple professional REALTOR certifications.
