I used Rhonda for a land purchase in mt Washington ky. She was very helpful in finding the deed of restrictions for the neighborhood that the owner didn’t even know about. She didn’t back down from the seller when he was trying to play games to get more money and got me a fair deal that I and the seller were happy with. Rhonda made the sale for me very easy since I just had back surgery and was not very mobile. Will definitely use her for the sale of my home
