We had many options to use a more seasoned local area expert, but we chose Cameron because of his positive energy and passion and his approach to marketing our home was different. Cameron hired a professional photographer and professional videographer to create a top notch brochure and a video that captured essence and beauty of our home. The video also included a drone flyover of our home and the neighborhood. In addition to publishing the pictures on Zillow he capitalized on the exposure of social media and posted the pictures and video on Facebook and YouTube. While Cameron’s marketing strategy was instrumental, his attentiveness to us and our needs made the experience with him successful and enjoyable. Cameron’s follow up and attention to detail was superb from start to finish. He always took notes and took action immediately on our concerns and questions. The escrow process was seamless and we closed on time without issue. Cameron was a pleasure to work with and without question he will handle our real estate transactions going forward. Cameron is a true professional and we highly recommend him!
