Katy Sinkler is the real deal. What a great experience allowing this professional to assist us in moving back to Charleston. She is extremely knowledgeable (born and raised here) and easy going. Nothing ruffles her. We looked at so many houses but she was always upbeat, paying attention to what we were looking for. Thumbs up to this can-do realtor. She promised it would all work out and it did, beautifully.
