I worked with Katy both to purchase and, several years later, sell my home in Summerville, SC. Katy is the consummate professional, very knowledgeable about the local market and she effectively communicated with me throughout both processes. I was able to move across the country while my home was listed, and Katy handled every aspect of the home sale, from coordinating with contractors to liaising with the buyer on all matters. If we ever need real estate help in Charleston again, Katy is the only person I'll call.
