I had about a half dozen agents contact me about my property after I put it on Zillow as a FSBO and turned them all down. Rebecca called and she completely sold me on listing it. She was nice, knew the area and about condo sales but wasnt pushy and ended up speaking for over an hour on the first call. She had a contract in 16 days. We actually had another offer before that but I wouldnt take their lowball offer and she agreed we could get more and we did! Of course after we had a contract things started to break in the condo but she was there to make sure all of the contractors were doing their job....even to the point of spending HOURS over there! ive said this a hundred times and Ill say it a hundred more....she made me feel like I was selling a million dollar home and gave me million dollar service. I honestly wish it was so she would have been paid what she earned!! HAHA...she was my therapist throughout all of this. I broke down on a couple of occasions (the condo had some really bad juju attached it and things kept breaking!) but she was always there to calm me down and stick up for me in KC!
