Dr. Rao is an amazing doctor. He made my child feel at ease, especially since it was his first time ever at an eye doctor. He explained to my son what he was going to do and made my little guy feel calm. His staff is also amazing because they too made my child feel calm and they explained everything to him as to what was going to be done. This is a place I would highly recommend. I have been to Dr. Rao before with my older son who had a large stye in his eye and he performed surgery to remove it as it kept growing. Again, each time I’ve been to the office we felt welcomed and were treated with respect and care.
