Working with Philip was an absolute pleasure . He was super knowledgeable about the current market and with home sales around my area. Philip was able to answer all my questions, set reasonable expectations for both my wife and I. He always had a solution (a guy) when needed to fix an issue which was great. Extremely professional, worked after hours for me and had great communication during the whole process. He made or home selling experience easy and pleasant to say the least.
