Philip was very professional and responsive. Beyond knowledge, skill and experience, the other criteria that is very important to us is responsiveness and Philip has that in spades. He presented us with market data so that we could make an educated decision about how and at which price point to list our home. He followed up weekly with feedback from showings and agents. The only hiccup we had in the entire process was a slight over-promise and under-deliver on an in-house buyer within 24 hours of the listing. However, Philip overcame this issue by presenting to us in a very transparent fashion what happened (mixed signals from husband and wife) and we moved on. I respect Philips attitude and thoroughness. He was willing to accommodate our needs. One example of this was that Philip rearranged his schedule to accommodate our initial meeting. The meeting was in mid-December and we were leaving South Florida for two weeks for the holiday season. We wanted to have this initial meeting completed before the new year so that we could list the house in early January. Philip accommodated our needs and this action carried a lot of weight when ultimately deciding which broker to use in listing our home.
