Can't recommend Philip enough!!!! He was helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and in-tune to the needs of us selling two of our properties. We live out of state, so really appreciated how open with communication Philip was throughout the whole process. We would definitely use him again if the need ever arose, and recommend him to anyone selling their home in the area!
