Phil was my agent when we purchased our home in the Cove Point Club 13 years ago. His support was great, answering all our questions and directing us to local talent for home improvements and maintenance. When we decided to sell our home, Phil advised us on what we needed to do to make our home even more appealing. He staged the house and took photographs that revealed the houses’ desirability, based on the layout, interior and exterior improvements and highlighted the appointments. We have sold many homes, living all over the USA and Phil was the best of the best! Ron & Barb Reinartz
