Pete did an excellent job helping me get my condo ready to sell for top dollar. He was very thorough looking through my home for things that should be fixed or updated and also making recommendations on what I shouldn’t update (e.g. HVAC, flooring.). Pete a lot of time and effort into getting my place sold quickly once we hit it on the market. Pete was excellent at communicating and even touching base during the time from accepting the offer until when it sold just too make sure I knew that everything was moving along smoothly. Thanks Pete!
