Not only did he find us Lakewood Ranch to build our new home, he walked us through the entire process of the building a home in Florida. After suggesting the perfect community, Pete helped us find the right north/south facing lot. Being out of state, he walked the property all during the building phases with us (and sometimes we were there on his iPad), taking pictures for our records. He was always in contact with the builder asking updates on our behalf. Pete also recommended great references for very professional after-closing contractors to complete some additions for us.
