We are new to the area and Peggy took all the time to show us around in different neighborhoods around town. Since we landed on buying a brand new home, the process was a bit different from what we had experienced before. Peggy explained the process thoroughly. She took care of the communication between us and the seller and checked in with everybody frequently to keep everyone updated. Since we were still out of state during the buying process, Peggy pro-actively suggested to take care of things we could not do ourselves. Not only did Peggy take the initiative to reach out to us frequently, she was also very quick to respond to emails/texts/calls we sent out to her.
