Paula has great instincts for the market, both market trends and timing, and the needs of sellers and buyers. Her business acumen, people orientation, and strong project management skills ensured the whole process went smoothly from beginning to end. She also consistently demonstrates respect for the seller's property, the buyers' needs for access and confidentiality, and respect for surrounding neighbors impacted by the sale and change of hands. In short, she contributed enormously to a successful transaction. I would work with her again in a heartbeat!
