Paul Rodenhauser has been my guy on quite a few transactions over the past couple years. I honestly can’t say it enough great things about him. Very precise, very detail orientated. On top of everything. But beyond just being an agent he is really an overall good guy and has become a friend. Could not imagine working with anyone else for a purchase or sale.
