Paul has lived and breathed real estate for over 35 years of his professional life and he loves what he does. Having achieved peer recognition with consecutive Auctioneer of the Year awards, and industry appointments including Chair of the REIV, Central Melbourne Residential Division, he is now at the top of his chosen career. From a beginning handling land and broad acre subdivisions, Paul progressed to selling new and established homes, managing an office and, finally, realising his ambition to establish his own practice. Caine Real Estate was established in the inner Melbourne blue chip suburb of Hawthorn, in 1996. In 2002 Caine Real Estate relocated to East Melbourne where it is now positioned to operate across a wider range of aspirational inner city suburbs and the CBD. Now in 2017 having a well established office in East Melbourne, Caine Real Estate will open another office in Paul’s suburb of residence where his knowledge and expertise will be shown to all in Kew and its surrounding post codes. Consistent evidence based results show Caine Real Estate is a clear leader in sale clearance rates for the whole of Melbourne and its environs. Paul, a progressive thinker, is committed to growth through continuous quality improvement. Paul’s personal leadership skills and commitment to transparent and accountable process are evidenced by the professionalism of each member of the Caine sales team – and are acknowledged to have raised the bar for the real estate industry as a whole.
