Patty Vasilos knows the Grosse Pointe area and was able to help us purchase our home in a not so perfect sellers’ market. She was a great negotiator, kept us up to date on market changes and we closed in less than 2 weeks. My husband and I could not be happier with her knowledge and attention to detail, since we were out of state while trying to buy a home in Michigan.
