Patty was with me throughout the process! She is competent, patient and kind. So knowledgeable on how to set listing price, going through offers and what to expect throughout the process. She went the extra mile to write out the specifics on the offers so I could make a good decision. And kept me informed of each step along the way. I am forever grateful to Patty for her guidance and support. Highly recommend!!!
