Patti was an excellent! She knew a lot about the Northland, and could recommend good areas to live based on her experience working (and living) there. She was always available when needed and explained many things we did not know as first time home buyers. She was extremely helpful and personable. It was more of like working with a friend than a realtor. I highly recommend Patti and will always refer to her in the future.
