Pat Augustine was helpful from the beginning of my journey. I needed to know what my brother's house might be worth when I sold it. He shared documents of several houses in my brother's area of what they sold for. Pat also gave me a bottom line of what I could get for the house. I used this amount as my base line for negotiations with potential buyers. I contacted Pat when I was ready to sell, and I am happy to say that it was a smooth process down to the settlement.
