Pat always is available to answers questions, do research, and provide information as requested. Her knowledge of the market, whatever state it is in, is necessary for the Buyer, and provides us with what we need to make informed decisions. She will do whatever it takes for whoever needs it. We have worked with Pat as both a Seller, and as a Buyer and have always believed we received the best service, and the best outcome. I would recommend Pat in a heartbeat to any Buyer or Seller!
