I am writing this letter in regard to the superb work that Pat McComas has done for my family and I.  We started working with Pat in June with hopes of selling our home and purchasing a new one.  I can say that my husband and I were both extremely fearful.  After meeting with Pat, she put our minds at ease and assured us that she would make the transaction as smooth as possible.  Pat owned up to every word.  We were very impressed with Pat’s attentiveness and organizational skills.  She was very prompt and honest with every question that was asked of her.  Although I know that during the two months Pat worked with us, we were not her only clients, she made us feel as if we were.  I just want to inform you that Pat is an exceptional agent and I would recommend her to anyone!
