Pat was awesome to work with. We trusted her and she cared about our interests. We felt comfortable dealing with her because of her kindness, knowledge, and professionalism. This was a difficult transaction because we did this whole deal long distance but she made it happen. I don’t know if we could have gotten this deal done without Pat and her team. Thank you.
