Dear Pam, I would just like to thank you again for doing such an excellent job selling this house (against all odds I must add) as well as going out of your way to get this check into my account. I know you went above and beyond your call of duty and I am grateful to have had someone like you on my team. I can't tell you enough how reassuring it has been. I'm sure you can imagine since acquiring this estate I have had to deal with all kinds of people when managing and maneuvering in the world of business and unfortunately it is rare to really have someone with your best interest in mind and not just their own. I would be happy to and I will recommend you and only you to anyone I know who might be interested in selling their property in Sarasota. Also, is there a website or page somewhere where I can write a testimonial? I would be happy to write how much you helped me while being overseas and give a good referral. And, thank you so much for your encouraging kind words! You have turned a somewhat challenging and emotional experience into something positive which I can now feel really good about. Letting go of the old and moving forward into a better future. Warmest regards to you! Katya
