Hi Pam, It was great seeing you earlier this week and having the opportunity to show you the updates we are making to Mrs. Ellis' beautiful home. Although you represented Mrs. Ellis in during the sale, I wanted say "thank you" to you myself. You represented Mrs. Ellis in such a professional and constructive way, enabling us to reach a mutually beneficial agreement and problem free settlement in a timely manner. I really appreciated your efforts, as I am sure the Ellises did too. Along with the efforts of my own excellent agent, Karen, this was one real estate transaction that could hardly have been handled better. Please stop by at any time. Best Regards, David
