If you’re searching for a home in a crazy-competitive sellers’ market, Pam Downing is the realtor you want in your corner. She doesn’t just want to sell you a home, she wants to sell you the home that’s perfect for YOU. I wish I had a photo montage of her checking every faucet’s water pressure, sliding a paper through floor slats of screened porches, and crawling up and down steps to check out sky-high attics or cavelike crawl spaces. She has a talent for pointing out potential, but what we found extraordinary about her was how she identified potential problems we never would have noticed in seemingly turnkey properties. Her warm sense of humor made tours fun and when we fell in love with our forever home, she did everything in her power to make our offer be the one chosen by the sellers.
