Moving from California to Virginia was daunting. Pam was amazing. She did not minimize our concerns and was there to support us every step of the way. Even from the other side of the country, we felt comfortable, confident and valued by Pam and her support team. She made sure that she understood our wants and needs and never tried to push us into anything that would not work for us. She easily transitioned when we found out our needs and criteria for our house search changed. Her responses were timely, and she was highly organized. We are so grateful that we found her as both my husband and I felt 100% confident that she had our best interests in mind.
