Working with Olivia Thornton has been the most seamless and rewarding real estate experience among many interactions. She approaches every situation with remarkable grace, high intelligence, and a deep understanding of real estate strategy. From the very beginning, Olivia earned our complete trust—not only through her professionalism, but through her kindness and thoughtful communication. After nearly six years of owning our rental property—an older home that had seen rough treatment from tenants—we knew the path to selling would not be simple. The house needed significant repairs, from structural work and drywall fixes to peeling paint and a damaged garage roof. Living out of state, we were unable to be hands-on, but Olivia stepped in effortlessly to manage over $30,000 in repairs. She identified and coordinated directly with contractors, provided clear and honest updates, and helped us make thoughtful decisions at every step. Her project management skills and eye for what truly matters in a sale were invaluable. Selling the home came with its share of challenges: buyers backed out twice, timelines shifted, and tough decisions were made. Through it all, Olivia never wavered. She helped us navigate multiple offers with strategic insight and human empathy—always reminding us that, at the end of the day, we weren’t just selling a property, but passing on a place someone would call home. She worked tirelessly to find a solution that felt right for both us and the future buyers. Olivia’s persistence, calm under pressure, and unwavering dedication set a standard we didn’t know was possible. She raised the bar in every way, and we feel incredibly fortunate to have had her as our guide through this process. If you are looking for someone who is smart, capable, compassionate, and incredibly effective—Olivia is the real estate agent you want on your team.
