This review is 2 months too late- but better late than never. Lars is an exceptional agent. I spoke to him in the early fall of 2025 about my thoughts of selling the home that he had helped me buy 8 years prior. Any other agent would have simply signed me up and listed the house to get a sale even if it sat there and lost interest and value for doing so abruptly. Lars spoke to me, we planned when we would sell and once we did list in late Jan 2026, it literally sold after the first weekend open house setting a top sale price ever in my neighborhood in Orange. Lars then turned his attention to helping me buy my replacement home in South Corona and negotiated that price down along with concessions and credits that I didn't think were imaginable. Sold and bought the next house all within 45 days. I can't praise him enough. Thank you Lars- this guy knows his business.
