Nina has been wonderful to work with throughout our home search process. We had the pleasure of working with her previously when she helped us find our condo in the city, so when we knew it was time to expand after having our baby, there was no question—we wanted Nina by our side again. We first reached out to her about a year ago, knowing our search might take time, and she was incredibly patient and supportive throughout the entire journey. We initially thought we wanted to be in certain neighborhoods, but quickly pivoted as our priorities shifted for our daughter—ultimately focusing on more family-friendly areas and school options—and Nina remained flexible, insightful, and truly attentive to what mattered most to us. She took the time to understand not just what we were looking for in a house, but what we needed for this next stage of our lives.Nina’s knowledge of the market and her strategic approach were evident every step of the way. She provided honest guidance, thoughtful perspectives, and helped us make informed decisions without ever feeling pressured. When we finally found the right home—especially in a competitive, multiple-offer situation—Nina was incredibly effective in her negotiation. Thanks to her expertise, we not only secured the home but also successfully negotiated key terms during the inspection process, including a home warranty. Her communication was outstanding—she was always responsive, proactive, and kept us informed throughout every stage. She made what can often be a stressful and overwhelming process feel smooth, manageable, and even exciting. We are so grateful to have worked with Nina again and truly cannot recommend her enough. She is knowledgeable, dedicated, compassionate, and genuinely invested in her clients!
